Responsibilities:


  • Administrative:_
  • Maintain adherence to RTH program standards and safety protocols.
  • Lead by example in delivering superior customer service and professionalism.
  • Manage Welcome Desk coverage in collaboration with the Member Services Director.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to team members as required.
  • Foster a positive and safe work environment for all staff and volunteers.
  • Program Support:_
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Welcome and assist guests visiting the community center.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Facilitate registration and enrollment processes using the Twin Oaks system.
  • Prioritize safety and promote a culture of respect and inclusion.
  • Embody and promote RTH's core values through actions and interactions.
  • Build rapport with residents, volunteers, and staff through empathetic communication.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for serving individuals of all ages and abilities.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules and occasional tour requests.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional demeanor with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and equipment (scanners, copiers, printers).
  • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required.

Other Skills and Abilities:


  • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Working knowledge of RTH policies and operational procedures.
  • Willingness to occasionally provide tours of the RTH community center.
