    Nurse Practitioner – Part-Time Position

    About the Role:

    During comprehensive health assessments lasting up to one hour, Matrix providers evaluate a member's health, medical history, social environment, and potential risks. This in-depth approach allows us to gain valuable insights into the individual's overall well-being, surpassing the limitations of standard office visits. Through the Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment, we strive to enhance the quality of care and address multiple gaps in a single visit.

    Responsibilities:

    Matrix Provider Overview:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments, medical diagnosis and treatment, health education, and referrals according to Matrix guidelines
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and ancillary staff
    • Work in various settings, including home visits and telehealth appointments

    Position Details:

    Type: Part-Time Nurse Practitioner

    Rate: $90.00 - $100.00 per completed Assessment

    Location: Summerville, Georgia

    Hours: Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

    Benefits: 401(k) and limited voluntary benefits, with mileage reimbursement

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure
    • Current RN and NP licenses with prescribing authority
    • Board certification in a Matrix-approved specialty
    • BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification
    • Minimum of 1 year NP experience
    • Strong computer skills and communication abilities
    • Ability to adapt to change

    Travel Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license, car, and insurance
    • Travel to meet patients at various locations
