JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to the continuously growing portfolio of RSBG SE, the experienced finance team is seeking support in the areas of business intelligence, controlling, and treasury. The following tasks will be part of the role:

Conducting ongoing variance analyses
Assisting in the provision of performance indicators and forecasts
Supporting the maintenance of data in our financial performance software CCH Tagetik
Further development of digitalization projects in the financial field with CCH Tagetik
Assisting in the implementation, development, and maintenance of Power BI solutions
Creating guidelines and documenting processes
Supporting the maintenance and creation of treasury, liquidity, and bank reports
Assisting in the creation of liquidity planning
Administrative tasks in the treasury management system
Bringing own initiative with potential for improvement and innovation

PROFILE

The ideal candidate is currently studying in the fields of business administration, economics, business engineering, or related fields with excellent academic performance, for example with a focus on controlling or accounting. A completed commercial apprenticeship or previous internships are advantageous.
