Area Manager - Security and Concierge Services


Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and inspire a team of security personnel and concierge staff.

Provide guidance, training, and supervision to ensure high-performance levels.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.


Security Operations:

Develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols.

Conduct regular site assessments to identify and address potential security risks.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Investigate and report security incidents, and implement corrective actions.


Client Relations:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service levels and address concerns.

Collaborate with clients to develop customized security solutions.


Concierge Services:

Oversee the delivery of exceptional concierge services, including visitor management and customer service.

Implement and enhance concierge programs to meet client expectations.

Monitor and continuously improve service quality.


Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets for the security and concierge operations.

Monitor and control costs while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.


Training and Development:

Implement ongoing training programs for security and concierge staff.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the skillset of the team.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in security management, with a focus on commercial or residential properties.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficient in the use of security technology and systems.


Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
