KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customerengagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.
  • Enforcing exceptional customer service, maximizing and expanding customers' portfolioutilizing your ability to multitask projects in a dynamic, fastpaced work environment
  • Ensure Clients followup by the Sales Team, with customized proposals specifically tailoredfor their needs
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with the District

Operations:


  • Oversee the processing of daily incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments
