    Financial Analyst

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the budgeting and planning processes for operational and capital expenditures across multiple departments.
    • Forge and nurture strategic relationships with departmental budget owners to oversee and refine Opex budgets effectively.
    • Conduct detailed monthly Opex analyses to monitor budget adherence, identify trends and discrepancies, and optimize fiscal strategies and resource allocation.
    • Work closely with the accounting team to facilitate a smooth monthend close process, address discrepancies, and execute necessary budget reclassifications.
    • Communicate key financial insights regularly to budget owners, ensuring clarity on monthly expenditures and deviations.
    • Design and deliver compelling monthly financial performance reports against budgets.
    • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by managing financial reporting tools that aid in project assessment and execution.
    • Engage in various adhoc projects, including financial modeling and presentations to senior management.
    • Coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance and readiness.
    • Manage the invoicing process, maintain precise historical financial records, and handle vendor relations and inquiries.
    • Act as a pivotal link for the finance needs of the Americas & Asia offices and other duties as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a strong grasp of forecasting, budgeting (Opex/Capex), and fundamental accounting principles.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 2+ years of pertinent experience.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and sophisticated formulas.
    • Demonstrated ability in financial analysis, control, and reporting, with a knack for communicating complex information effectively to leadership.
    • Experience with macros, datasets, and a keen interest in automation is highly desirable.
    • Bilingual English and Spanish is required
