    Description

    Join Our Team as a Financial Analyst/Senior

    • Support the accurate and timely preparation of financial information for leadership teams
    • Complete reconciliations, balance sheet accruals, and analysis of general ledger accounts
    • Interact with various departments to resolve issues and explore business opportunities
    • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements

    Responsibilities of a Financial Analyst/Senior:

    • Prepare consolidated financial information for reporting to Management
    • Utilize Oracle general ledger software for tasks
    • Assist with consolidations and financial management loading and analysis
    • Create manual journal entries, prepare reconciliations, and maintain workpapers
    • Support internal and external auditors during field work
    • Engage in cross-functional projects and provide ad-hoc analysis

    Who We Are Looking For:

    • Demonstrates resilience and persistence in achieving objectives
    • Possesses strong analytical and communication skills
    • Ability to manage stress positively and prioritize deadlines effectively
    • Experience with Oracle financial applications and Excel proficiency preferred

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
    • 2+ years of related work experience
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
    • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work independently
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of related work experience
    • Experience with Oracle financial applications
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Hyperion Financial Management software
    • Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI
    • Advanced Excel Skills
