- Design and develop strategies to grow our business within current AmeriLux Logistics and Transportation shippers.
- Manage existing business accounts and continuously exclude the highest level of customer service.
- Solicit AmeriLux customers for new business opportunities daily, responding to emails and calls from customers regarding available shipments. Identify and present solutions to your customer base.
- Partner with sales and operations to prepare responses for customer RFP and opportunistic freight opportunities.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure we are providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Host monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers both virtually and on site at both the AmeriLux HQ and customers.
