    To Thrive in this Role, You Will...


    Be responsible for all aspects of monthly financials, including but not limited to preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
    Monitor and analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

    Analyze cash flow performance by spearheading effective collection strategies.

    Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in collaboration with other departments.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the organization.
    Be the ERP systems champion, maximizing efficiency and streamlining operations through strategic use of our ERP systems.
    Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and reviews.
    Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.

    You Bring a Track Record of...Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred.

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of the organization/Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results/Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

    Experience with other financial systems/5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role/Strong time management and organizational skills/
