Position Overview
MassCEC is looking for a motivated individual to join their team as a Residential Electrification Marketing Assistant.

In this role, you will support the Marketing Team and the High Performance Buildings Team on initiatives promoting clean energy in Massachusetts.


Core Responsibilities:


Serve as administrator for the marketing campaign related to clean energy initiatives. Responsibilities include:


Administrative Support:

Provide assistance to the Marketing and High Performance Buildings Team by:

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Handling correspondence
  • Maintaining organized documentation
  • Tracking documents
  • Assisting in vendor RFP(s) drafting

Data Management:


  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing campaign performance indicators.

Campaign Support and Program Implementation:


  • Collaborate with teams to launch and manage programs effectively;
  • Support the campaign's website, social media content, and events coordination;
  • Manage the Installer directory on the website;
  • Assist in promoting initiatives to stakeholders and residents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data management tools.
  • Passion for clean energy and sustainability.
