These tasks await you * Developing and testing processing methods such as grinding, lapping, and polishing * Developing processes for customer workpieces * Selecting suitable tools and lapping and polishing materials * Measuring workpieces (surface condition and geometry) using state-of-the-art measuring devices * Analyzing and interpreting results * Creating reports and presentations in German and English * Operating, maintaining, and cleaning all machines * Conducting experiments with and at customer sites What you bring * Completed technical apprenticeship * Several years of experience in manufacturing * Knowledge of measurement technology and materials science * Experience in grinding, lapping, and polishing is an advantage * Excellent English skills, both written and spoken * Good French skills * Enjoyment of customer contact and willingness to travel These opportunities await you * Bonus system for all employees
