CX Solution Manager (m/f/d)

FULL-TIME Germany Hybrid with leadership function

What to expect

As a CX Solution Manager, you will be responsible for one or more clients and ensure the successful implementation of projects and services. You will work closely with your team, account management, and portfolio managers to drive the development of customer projects. As a leader, you will create optimal working conditions, delegate tasks effectively, and promote the development of your team members.

Your responsibilities include

  • P&L responsibility for your clients, including daily operations, reporting, risk assessment, and communication at the operational level, as well as steering based on defined KPIs
  • Strategic customer development in collaboration with sales and business development, including account planning, portfolio integration, company strategy involvement, and customer strategy implementation
  • Employee and team development
  • Team setup, delivery model, personnel planning, and CSM process management

What you should bring

  • A completed (business) university degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or computer science, or a comparable education with professional experience
  • Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Strong communication
