We are looking for a skilled and experienced contractor to perform a complete renovation in Lone Elm, KS.

The last renovation was done in 2000 and we are now looking to update the property for both comfort and aesthetics.


The renovation will take place in a flat and will include the bathroom/s, kitchen, living room and/or dining room, and bedroom/s and/or room/s.

The changes to be made include electrical and plumbing work, installation of parquet/tile/laminate flooring, painting, door/s and window/s replacement, plastering, tiling, heating system installation, and smoothing walls and removing textured paint.

The property measures between 51 and 70 square meters and is over 40 years old. It is privately owned and we are looking to start the renovation in the next few days.
