We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to join our team.

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific unit within our organization.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to the unit staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.


Duties:


  • Manage and supervise the staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective unit operations
  • Collaborate with subordinates to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members and provide feedback for improvement
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees for the unit
