Your Responsibilities - How You Contribute

You are the personal contact (m/f/div) and reliable advisor (m/f/div) for our clients.
You take responsibility for organizing, coordinating, and optimizing work processes, ensuring highquality service delivery at the facility.
You ensure the staffing levels in terms of quantity and quality, including individual personnel measures in your area of responsibility. This includes scheduling and managing employees at the facility based on work schedules, as well as preparing payroll.
You organize the use of work materials and ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
