The Schwarz Unternehmenskommunikation GmbH & Co. KG is composed of the areas of communication, public affairs, brand management, and corporate social responsibility.

The Brand Management department supports companies and departments in the conception, creation, and evaluation of brand communication measures, establishes cross-departmental standards and processes, and offers professional brand services. As a competence center, we support the companies of the Schwarz Group in brand management and marketing by developing and implementing brand communication measures. We establish standards and processes and offer professional brand services from brand strategy to digital communication.

Your responsibilities:

  • Professional leadership and shaping of a moving image team
  • Further development of the corporate design for moving images
  • Development of new video formats and templates
  • Consulting internal clients on moving image projects
  • Development and realization of impactful moving image projects from conception, production to postproduction
  • Selection and management of external service providers (e.g. agencies, freelancers)
  • Quality control and ensuring compliance with the corporate design

Your profile:

  • You have completed a degree or comparable education in the field of video/animation/motion design and have several years of professional experience
  • Experience in leading teams is an advantage
  • You have excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and MS Office
  • Additional knowledge of programs in the Adobe Creative Cloud and/or DaVinci Resolve is an advantage
  • You have the ability to prepare content and information tailored to the target audience
