To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for the operational business with passion and leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in the gastronomy industry, ideally in a managerial position

  • Good understanding of business processes

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily operations and ensuring a smooth restaurant operation
  • Personnel management, including hiring, training, and motivating the team
  • Ensuring the highest quality standards in service and kitchen
  • Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with management
