Are you looking for the perfect opportunity to join our team? We are currently seeking a full-time QUALITY AND RISK MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR (M/F/D) to join our clinic as part of the management team.

The Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst is a public hospital with 850 employees, making it one of the largest employers in Delmenhorst.

With 290 beds, we provide care to patients from the city of Delmenhorst, the surrounding district of Oldenburg, and the outskirts of Bremen.

We have recently begun construction on a new hospital, which will be completed by 2026 at the same location.

As the Quality and Clinical Risk Management Director, you will lead certification projects, conduct surveys and quality measures, prepare quality reports, and support the clinic and medical centers in implementing quality standards.
