We are looking for someone to work full-time hours, which would include Saturday and Sunday.

Job Summary:


For the last twenty years, Hometrack has been providing realtors and businesses with the highest quality products and services — professional photography, Matterport 3D tours, videography, drone photography/videography, virtual staging, custom design, and printed marketing materials.

Our talented team of seasoned photographers, videographers and skilled designers offer personalized service and fast turnaround times at competitive rates.

Hometrack services also extend to anyone who can benefit from professional marketing to promote a venue, business or service. Based out of the Baltimore metro area, we shoot across the continental United States.


Requirements:


  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Proficient in Mac OS
  • Well organized with ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Friendly & positive attitude

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain schedules for multiple photographers based on service type, location & size of property
  • Creating quotes/coordinating with Sales Team
  • Creating invoices and maintain billing of services
  • Aid in scheduling department meetings/trainings
  • Maintain reporting
