S2 Software GmbH & Co. KG is a leading provider of used Microsoft software licenses in the B2B market.

We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented employee in customer service (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Maxwell, IA.


Your responsibilities:


  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Creating orders and maintaining relationships with our B2B customers
  • Assisting with technical questions (after comprehensive training)
  • Documenting customer inquiries and their solutions in writing
  • Supporting management and sales with general office tasks

Your profile:


  • Completed education in a commercial or technical field
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Motivation, teamwork, and a high level of initiative
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus, other languages welcome)
