S2 Software GmbH & Co. KG is a leading provider of used Microsoft software licenses in the B2B market.
We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented employee in customer service (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Maxwell, IA.
Your responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Creating orders and maintaining relationships with our B2B customers
- Assisting with technical questions (after comprehensive training)
- Documenting customer inquiries and their solutions in writing
- Supporting management and sales with general office tasks
Your profile:
- Completed education in a commercial or technical field
- Experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Motivation, teamwork, and a high level of initiative
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Fluency in English (French is a plus, other languages welcome)
