Description

As Vice President of Sales, you will lead and drive the commercial organization, encompassing all sales efforts aimed at both new and recurring customers.

Your role will be pivotal in steering the sales strategy and execution to meet and exceed business targets.

Flexibility in work location offers the balance of remote work efficiency with essential in-person engagements both at company offices and customer locations.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Lead the overall sales efforts, ensuring effective management and tactical execution of sales strategies.
  • Direct the commercial organization, fostering a teamoriented, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate closely with other team leaders and departments to align on company goals and strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Ensure adherence to company guidelines, sales policies, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision making at the upper management level to improve overall company performance.
  • Occasionally attend meetings and fulfill obligations at ClearFlame?s offices and travel to customer locations as required.
