    Overview:


    A skilled Project Manager to lead and support critical IT infrastructure initiatives, including data center migrations, application upgrades, and security enhancements.

    In this role, you will play a key part in driving the organization's transition to a product platform model using the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).


    Responsibilities:
    Delivering end-to-end solutions, including project charter/initiation, resource planning, and budgeting, to ensure successful project execution.

    Building and nurturing strong relationships with business sponsors and Product Managers to understand project requirements and priorities effectively.


    Providing guidance, support, and coaching on the new 'Ways of Working', acting as a Change Agent to facilitate organizational transformation.

    Understanding how platform teams operate in an agile environment and leveraging this knowledge to optimize project delivery and collaboration.


    Leveraging other key roles within agile methodologies, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and RTE to optimize project delivery and collaboration.

    Requirements:

    7+ years' experience as a Project Manager.

    Ability to lead end-to-end solutions, including budgeting and resource planning.

    Demonstrated expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) beyond a basic working knowledge. While SAFe certification is not mandatory, a solid understanding and practical application of SAFe principles is essential.

    Experience with platform software such as MuleSoft, CyberArk, and Appian is highly desirable. Technical proficiency in these or similar technologies will be advantageous for effective project management and collaboration.

    Capable of taking ownership of projects and tasks, working autonomously with minimal supervision. Proven track record of managing complex initiatives independently, demonstrating self-reliance and accountability.

    Passion for enabling change and aptitude for gaining buy-in.

    Consulting aptitude and emotional intelligence to build strong relationships.

    Effective communication skills.
