- Share and educate construction team members on systems concepts such as Last Planner principles including Look ahead plans, weekly work plan, percent plan complete, increased site visualization, daily huddles, among other methods.
- Document existing issues and identify root causes of construction inefficiencies and errors.
- Lead discussions for implementing construction process enhancements, gather input, formulate suggestions, and test solutions.
- Work with others to develop process improvement initiatives covering Process documentation, checklists, work instructions, system requirements, system roll-out process, etc.
- Offer insights on cross-functional interactions between Project Development, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Finance, Construction Management, etc.
- Enhance communication among all cross-functional relationships.
- 5+ years' field experience in Construction Management
- 5+ years' experience in field Project Management
- 5+ years back-office experience in Project Management involving Planning, scheduling, document preparation, information management, etc.
- Experience in program improvements in an Industrial/Construction setting
- General knowledge of construction site safety
- Familiarity with construction best practices, lean construction, and other improvement tools
- High level of interpersonal, organization, and attention to detail skills
- Efficient multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Suite of software
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Technology Management, Construction Management, or Construction Engineering
- Experience in the Electrical Transmission Industry
