Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day- to-day operations of the branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations, provide leadership to their personnel, manage and develop branch personnel, and growing the location's customer base by developing new business.
Summary of Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervising, scheduling, and evaluating the teller and customer service staff
- Developing and maintaining contact with current and potential customers in the community
- Providing outstanding customer service to current and potential customers
- Processing transactions and opening new accounts
- Evaluating customer needs and promoting appropriate bank products and services
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong intrapersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 1 year Branch Manager experience
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
