CUSTOMER-FOCUSED ORDER MANAGERS WANTED

As part of "Testing & Hiring", we are looking for an order processing clerk (m/f/d) for our client, a globally renowned electrical appliance manufacturer, at their location in Bielefeld, East Providence.

The position is intended to be filled for at least one year as a maternity leave replacement, with a 35-hour work week.

These are your responsibilities:

  • Order management: entering and processing orders, including creating order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, and loading lists
  • Communication with customers and trade partners (domestic and international)
  • Satisfied customers, satisfied company: professional handling of complaints and issuing credits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintenance of master data in the SAP system
  • Creation of statistics and KPIs

Your profile for success:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in order processing or a related field is an advantage
  • Excellent German language skills
