Pay Range:
$ 8, $10,000.00 monthly based on experience

Responsibilities
- Train and develop accounting staff.
- Enforce accounting processes and protect the business interests of the owners.
- Prepare standard entries and record to ensure all accruals are accurate.
- Ensure balance sheet adjustments are made to reflect actual inventory balances.
- Prepare weekly, semimonthly, monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review daily, weekly, monthly schedules for accuracy and completeness.
- Update ledgers daily, weekly monthly to agree with the manufacturers' changes to financial statements.
- Work with Department Managers to improve dealership processes to ensure that company policies and internal control measures are being followed.
- Clean, book, bill and post all deals daily.
- Prepare month, quarter, and annual federal and state required reports and taxes including VIT.
- Prepare extended warranty and credit transmittals and payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from fouryear college or university
- Previous franchise controller experience required.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
- Know and understand the Vanguard Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements.
