- Ability to take rotating on call shift (phone only) for emergency dispatch of established customers.
- High School Diploma/GED

- Sit for multiple hours at a time.

The Dispatch Service Advisor plays a crucial role: aligning excellent customer service and dispatch abilities with our customers' need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally and externally facing, and requires a high level of customer service and communication skills.
