As the face of our hotel, your primary responsibilities will be:
Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to understand requests, respond with appropriate action. In this highly visible role, everything you do has a direct impact on your guest's experience


Qualifications:


  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
