Position type: This is a mid to senior level role on the Talent Acquisition team

Start date: As soon as onboarding initially through Nov 6, 2024

Worksite: Must be able to work 3 days/week onsite in Framingham, MA (T, W, TH) 8am to 5pm Monday and Friday will be remote

Focus: You will be working with a Sr. Recruiter as the Senior Sourcing Specialist for Permanent non technical roles on the Talent Acquisition team

We are looking for an experienced skilled Sourcer to work with the Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing sourcing activities for crucial roles across multiple departments within the company.

Your job will be to develop a sourcing strategy and help to hire top talent that will support company growth.

We are looking for a decision-maker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You need to be able to recognize and attract the best candidates for particular job positions.

Responsibilities

Develop and incorporate an effective sourcing strategy
Produce and update job specifications and descriptions
Arrange sourcing materials
Post job ads on the companys website and relevant job boards
Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications
Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates skills, knowledge, and experience
Follow up with successful candidates and update the companys internal records
Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process

Requirements

Must be able to handle a req load of 15-25 openings
Experience with Non-Technical roles including Sales, Marketing, Finance etc
4+ years of previous sourcing in recruitment (combination of agency and in house preferred)
Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
