Responsibilities:


As a direct contact person in the office, you will be responsible for managing the existing customer base in Germany and actively acquiring new customers for Garden Farms, CA.

Your tasks will include processing orders and quotes, creating delivery notes and invoices, monitoring delivery dates, and providing support in all commercial processes.

You will also be responsible for after-sales service with our suppliers, with support from our field sales team. Your creativity and resilience will be valuable in contributing to the success of our dynamic team. Strong communication skills and organizational talent complete your profile.


Qualifications:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk, office communication clerk, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and creativity
  • Customeroriented, communicative, implementationoriented, and flexible, with structured work and quick comprehension
  • Experience in customer dialogue or with business partners
  • Knowledge of a merchandise management system is advantageous. SAP is not a requirement.
  • Good knowledge of English is desirable
  • Proficient in standard office applications (MS Office package)
