Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our senior clients. As a Caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure the overall well-being of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with laundry, dining room set up
• Monitor and manage behaviors of clients with memory care needs
• Engage in conversation and provide companionship to promote emotional wellbeing
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in senior care or related field preferred
• Knowledge of memory care techniques and behavior management strategies
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
