    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Conduct group and private lessons for adults and juniors of all levels.
    • Maintain professional relationships with members and prospects.
    • Organize and upkeep a tidy working environment.
    • Collaborate with Pickleball Director and other Coaches.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote programs.
    • Ensure facility cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
    • Present a well-groomed appearance and be punctual for all lessons.
    • Required Skills:
      • Work well in a team or independently.
      • Experience in private and group court settings.
      • Strong verbal communication and sales abilities.
      • Capable of discussing programs and memberships with players.
      • Ability to teach technical and tactical skills effectively.
      • Competent in playing at a high level and participating with students when needed.

      SALARY: $40.00 per hour

      WORK HOURS: Flexible - full-time and part-time positions with weekend availability.
