Overview:

As a property acquisition specialist, you play a central role in the growth process of THE FLAG Group by being responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring suitable properties for development projects.

Your contribution is crucial in ensuring that THE FLAG Group secures the best locations for future construction projects and expands its real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential locations for real estate developments.
Evaluating properties for their suitability for planned real estate projects, taking into account urban planning, economic, and legal aspects.
Collaborating with professionals such as architects, engineers, and lawyers to conduct technical, legal, and financial feasibility studies.
Negotiating with property owners, brokers, and other relevant parties.
Drafting and finalizing property purchase agreements, taking into account the company's interests.
Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
Identifying and evaluating risks related to potential property purchases.
Reporting on the progress of project development.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in property acquisition or real estate development with references.
Indepth knowledge of the real estate market and understanding of legal and financial aspects of property transactions.
Negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
Analytical skills for evaluating locations and risks.
Teamoriented.
Successfully completed degree in real estate, architecture, or alternatively, real estatespecific vocational training with comparable additional qualifications.
