Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who has a positive attitude, is personable, has strong attention to detail, and has basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows based operating systems.

A minimum of 2 years of data entry/analysis experience is required.

Chesapeake Petroleum was founded in 1961, located in Gaithersburg MD and is a leader in the Automotive/Commercial and Industrial Lubricants Industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

We have a small office and are looking for the perfect person to complete our team.


Primary Qualities Include:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, typing and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows based operating systems. Must be comfortable with Excel.
• Must be an energetic multitasker and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
• The ability to follow procedures and to prioritize.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Processing invoices in external portals.
• Auditing customer invoices for accuracy.
• Communicating with warehouse to confirm details on invoices.

Secondary Responsibilities Include:

• Additional administrative assistant duties as assigned including some receptionist duties.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
