Your Responsibilities

  • Leading technically demanding projects in the areas of cloud, network, and ERP for the OPED Patient Care Group in Germany
  • Collaborating with departments, product owners, and IT leads to identify and implement projects
  • Developing project plans and resource allocation in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Contributing to and taking responsibility for the strategic direction of the IT landscape, as well as the digitization and harmonization of our care centers and central manufacturing facilities
  • Coordinating team members and external service providers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare requirements, particularly regarding data protection and security
  • Continuously improving best practices and processes to enhance the efficiency and quality of project implementation

Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable education with relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large, complex technical projects, ideally in the healthcare or related industries
  • Expertise in cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure and AWS are mandatory, experience with Google Cloud and similar is advantageous), network infrastructure, and ERP systems
  • Experience with agile methods and product management, preferably with certifications such as SCRUM, Product Owner, or similar product-oriented
