In this job, you'll be a part of a team supporting our Income Qualified organization which delivers customer programs that create healthier and more resilient communities, help customers save energy, and help lower their energy bills.

You will provide support for program activities, conduct analytics reporting, and perform quality control activities to ensure compliance with program policies.

A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright

  • Represents the Energy Saving Assistance (ESA) Program to contractors in areas of compliance and performance.
  • Works directly with contractors to meet program goals, such as providing training to improve any identified areas of deficiency.
  • Reviews and monitors a contractor's allocated work, expenses, measure inventory, and conduct contractor audits.
  • Prepares detailed and complex analysis to support any actions necessary that may impact future contractor work.
  • Responsible for working with all identified partners in resolving customer or contractor issues and tracking resolutions for other Income Qualified Programs such as CARE and FERA.
  • Responsible for pulling and analyzing data or customer information from SCE customer database (SAS) and other internal program systems.

The essentials

  • Three or more years of experience coordinating projects with contractors or lowincome programs.
  • Two or more years of experience with data analysis and reporting.

The preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Public Administration or related field.
  • Two or more years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project to create ad hoc reports and databases.
  • Proficiency with SAP and/or SAS.
  • Ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, effective resource/project planning, decision making and results delivery.

You should know

  • This position's work mode is
    hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
