Your tasks:

  • Development and elaboration of project goals, milestones, and timelines
  • Efficient resource planning and coordination to complete projects within budget and timeframe
  • Identification and management of risks and challenges throughout the project
  • Communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers
  • Ensuring quality and adherence to project standards
  • Monitoring and regular reporting of project progress
  • Proactively identifying potential for optimization and implementing process improvements

What you should bring:

  • Completed degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience as a project manager in the automotive industry or a similar field
  • Thorough knowledge of project management methods and tools (e.g. waterfall, agile, MS Project)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to efficiently structure complex projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of economic relationships
  • Team-oriented work style and ability to effectively work in interdisciplinary teams
