    We are hiring for the position of Territory Sales Manager at our forward-thinking and fast-growing company!

    The Territory Sales Manager will play a key role in boosting product sales in an assigned territory consisting of 50+ carrier and retail stores within a specific geographical area.

    As a TSM, you will focus on nurturing relationships with retail partners and field leaders to work together on strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing sales and expanding the market share of our brand's products.

    • Drive increased sales and market share for each store in the assigned territory through a holistic approach that includes direct and indirect customer sales, associate training, and influencing store staff at all levels
    • Build strong relationships with retail partners, sharing knowledge through various training activities to foster brand advocacy
    • Collect data insights and daily activities using Mosaic systems for effective decision-making
    • Provide market-level reports, including market intelligence, competitive activity, and feedback on prevailing retail conditions
    • Train and guide Retail Sales Associates, overseeing their training sessions and interactions with customers
    • Maintain a visible presence in designated retail stores, ensuring products are displayed as per guidelines
    • Coordinate and lead training events on product features and benefits at store, market, and virtual levels
    • Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding professionalism and integrity consistently
    • Manage and track performance against assigned KPIs and directives

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Several years of combined sales or retail sales experience
    • Supervisory or management experience is a plus
    • Ability to conduct virtual training and events independently
    • Proven track record in analyzing sales data and market trends
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
