- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the firm's largest intermediary clients
- Identify opportunities and formulate strategies to expand distribution of our ETFs, Money-Market Funds, Mutual Funds, and other vehicles
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including regional sales, capital markets, strategy, marketing, product management, and portfolio management teams to develop customized solutions and address client needs
- Coordinate and conduct presentations, product training, and due diligence meetings to educate clients on our investment strategies, performance, and competitive advantages
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies and enhance market positioning
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in asset management sales with a proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with senior intermediary decision-makers
- Strong understanding of ETF intermediary distribution with a preference for experience covering wirehouses
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset management industry trends
- Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively across a large organization
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred
- Strong product knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, separate accounts, and capital markets
- Series 7 and 63 licenses strongly preferred
