Iona 'Die Technik Team Coesfeld GmbH' is a young company in the sheet metal processing industry.

Approximately 50 employees at the company's location in Coesfeld are responsible for fulfilling customer requests; with an international focus and state-of-the-art machinery.


We are currently seeking a:
ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

WITH DATEV KNOWLEDGE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Conducting accounts payable/receivable and general ledger accounting, including invoice verification
  • Booking, posting, and digitizing incoming/outgoing invoices
  • Preparation and verification of payment runs
  • Processing payments and managing reminders
  • Monitoring open items and resolving discrepancies
  • Assisting with monthly and annual closing activities
  • Providing administrative support to the management and on-site team, and acting as a liaison to the DATEV tax office

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed accounting training or degree
  • Proficient in DATEV software
  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable and general ledger accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
