- Serve as the lead Scrum Master, working closely with multiple Scrum teams to ensure that all software development efforts are aligned with program goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain cohesive plans to unite all Scrum teams, ensuring that all teams are working together towards common objectives.
- Work with various Product Owners to ensure that all development efforts are aligned with program goals and objectives.
- Manage team performance through coaching, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Scrum teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile methodologies and best practices to manage the software development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with other teams, including cybersecurity and operations, to ensure that all software development efforts are coordinated and aligned with program goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with DOD RMF requirements for all software development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, and proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

The Scrum Master / Agile Coachwill serve as the lead Scrum Master for all agile software development projects, utilizing SAFe Agile methodologies. This position requires a strong background in project management and Scrum Master experience, as well as expertise in SAFe Agile methodologies.
