    Division Director, Accounting & Finance

    Are you a proven leader in the staffing industry ready to grow a market in Minneapolis? We're seeking a dynamic Director to stand up and scale our client's Finance & Accounting division. This is a unique opportunity to build a business while receiving strong leadership support, compensation incentives, and autonomy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and lead a new Finance & Accounting staffing office in Minneapolis
    • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and account executives.
    • Drive both strategic and hands-on business development and recruiting efforts.
    • Oversee full P&L and performance metrics for your office.
    • Sales & Recruiting (Full Desk).
    • Personally produce in the temporary/contract staffing space while growing your team.
    • Develop strong client relationships and consistently expand your book of business.
    • Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in F&A roles.
    • Deliver best-in-class service to clients and candidates, fostering lasting partnerships.

    Market Expansion & Strategy

    • Lead go-to-market strategy for the Minneapolis region.
    • Leverage your local market knowledge and professional network for rapid growth.
    • Attend events, build brand visibility, and act as a market ambassador.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 3+ years of staffing industry experience with a focus on Finance & Accounting.
    • Full-desk production experience with a track record of success in the temp/contract space.
    • Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
    • History of recognition (e.g., President's Club or top producer awards).
    • Strong network and familiarity with Florida's business landscape.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and build.
