Job Description Job Summary**This opportunity is part of the
McDonald's Customer Experience, Innovation & Product team where our vision is to develop digital customer experiences that delight our customers and enable our crews to operate our restaurants reliably and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Senior Product Manager to develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for Delivery Tools experiences, aligning with overall business goals and market trends
  • Accountable for the product roadmap and communication to stakeholders
  • Participate in squad ceremonies for their product domain and liaise with thirdparty engineering teams to map dependencies, align requirements, and define shared implementation details
  • Drive endtoend product development, including participating in market research, defining customer requirements, crafting product specifications, and working with engineering and design teams to develop and launch product enhancements and new features
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to determine the best functional solutions for our users, prioritize the work, and track against timelines
  • Take ownership over features and translate requirements into specifications and user stories
  • Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies
  • Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments
  • Deeply understand customer and restaurant crew needs, difficulties, and behaviors through research, user feedback, and market analysis. Use insights to advise product decisions and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and global markets including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. Develop a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with team members to align product goals and achieve business objectives

Qualifications

  • Passionate and customerobsessed, looking for new solutions for the business, who truly enjoys designing and delivering great experiences to build brand affinity.
  • Capable of finding product solutions that customers (internal and external) love, in a business that has complex operational and service delivery considerations
  • Knowledge and familiarity with UX design, customer experience and customer experience platform technology systems/specifications interdependencies
  • Confident working in a fastmoving environment, with a willingness to make quick decisions based on continuous prioritization and evolving customer needs
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to optimally communicate sophisticated concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or software development
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Proven experience leading crossfunctional teams and projects
  • Flexible with occasionally working outside of "normal" core hours to collaborate w
