Our growing plastic surgery practice is seeking a passionate and articulate Client Liaison to join our team.

You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a bridge between potential clients and our skilled surgeons.

In this role, you will:
Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, both in person and over the phone.

Answer inquiries about our procedures, qualifications, and financing options.

Schedule consultations and ensure a smooth patient experience from initial contact through pre-operative appointments.

Assist with patient intake forms and gather necessary medical information. Must be proficient in HIPAA guidelines.

Build rapport with patients, answer their questions, and alleviate any anxieties they may have.

Follow up with patients after consultations to address any further questions and concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Assist with patient service tasks as needed


To be successful, you will:
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Have a basic understanding of medical terminology a plus.

Experience in the aesthetics industry is preferred.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
