Therefore, we are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) at our Beuren location as:

Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Management and organization of quality management and the QA department
  • Coordination of all activities related to the QM system, including further development
  • Contact person for customers regarding quality issues, including external quality discussions
  • Coordination and monitoring of customer and internal complaints
  • Regular reporting to management on the quality situation and significant quality issues
  • Preparation of reports for QM evaluation (complaint cost report, quarterly key figures)
  • Conducting and coordinating training on quality management and quality methods
  • Quality planning - from customer inquiry to series production
  • Responsible for conducting FMEAs and assembling the FMEA team
