The position is available immediately and can also be filled part-time (at least 20 hours).

Create something fascinating: Your tasks

Coordination and organization of trainings (preparation and follow-up of events, evaluation)
Participation in seminar planning
Contact person (m/f/d) for our speakers (m/f/d), communication with training providers (m/f/d)
Support and administration of our Learning Management System, e.g. maintenance of the training catalog
Active support of the team in planning and implementing exciting personnel development projects
Direct communication with HR departments and management in the companies
Creation of documents and presentations in German and English
Assistant tasks for the department management
Participation in maintaining our internal communication platform and HR guidebook
Participation in the development and maintenance of department-specific KPIs
