Senior Software Architect/Developer (C++ and C#)

Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid Role)

Salary: $175,000 - $185,000 per year + Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 10+ years

Clearance Requirement: Candidates must be open to obtaining a security clearance.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Architect/Developer with strong expertise in C++ and C# to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software architecture, along with exceptional technical skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet project requirements.
Architect, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ and C#.Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of software issues as needed.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in C++ and C# programming languages.
Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Experience with full stack development is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Must be open to obtaining a security clearance.
