Responsibilities:


  • Building marketing and communication tools (custom sponsorship decks, integration timelines, sponsorship briefs, monthly reports to partners and/or their agencies, brand decks and sell sheets)
  • Interface with external vendors, as well as internally, including show production staff to ensure deadlines are being met
  • Schedule and attend calls with partners and internal departments
  • Create meeting agendas and followup with action items and key takeaways
  • Work with SPT Research to secure data analytics and key performance metrics to drive decisions on potential partnerships
  • Sweepstakes management and fulfillment; including working directly with third party sweepstakes administrator to create, review and finalize official rules
  • Assist in larger licensing projects (trade shows, marketing projects, and licensing events)

Skills/Abilities:


  • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Word, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Demonstrates excellent project management skills and possesses the ability to anticipate and direct the next steps needed.
  • Must be detailoriented and organized to perform effectively.
  • Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
  • Enthusiasm for the industry and the business coupled with a "cando" attitude.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy to grow overall business and engage fans

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Business)
  • Minimum of two years of applicable corporate or production experience required
The anticipated base salary for this position is $33.65/hour to $40.87/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits.

The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
