- Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives directly for the CFO Division.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing potential risks and obstacles.
- Implement project management best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication activities, fostering collaboration and synergy among team members and stakeholders.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including the CFO, to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project status and outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all provider-related corporate and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with process owners to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within the CFO Division.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive excellence and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required, with a focus on finance or project management preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Project management certifications such as PMP are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), are required.
