As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Independently managing commercial order processing for construction projects, including invoicing and billing
Contract management, construction site control, and invoice verification
Tracking and forecasting costs in coordination with project management
Identifying projectrelated risks
Conducting target/actual comparisons and analyses in case of deviations
Assisting with reporting
Managing projectrelated correspondence in accordance with VOB (German construction contract procedures) in coordination with project and construction management

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

Completed degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience
Ideally, experience in a similar position and industry
Good computer skills (MS Office) and proficient in SAP
Experience as a project/construction manager
Technical understanding
Organizational skills and strong communication abilities
Entrepreneurial thinking, sense
